90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
By placing an order on qi-wyre.com store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this following policy.
Our policy lasts 90 days after the arrival date. If 90 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have tested the product for at least 70 days.
- If 70 days have passed since the day of arrival and you are not satisfied with our product, contact our customer service at email@example.com.
- After the exchange or refund has been approved, return the product with the original packaging. The address is available from our customer service.
- Incomplete or unidentifiable claims are invalid.
- The reimbursement fees are borne by the customer.
- After the product has successfully returned from the return, you will receive the full amount of the purchase price refunded.
If a customer reports a product defective/broken, she/he will be required to send pictures of whatever defects they’re claiming is wrong with the products to the site’s customer service email. After receiving pictures, our customer support will forward them in a file to the Operations team where they’ll confirm if the customer’s claim is accurate. If the customer is requesting a refund, and it’s been within 90 days of receipt of the order, we will issue a refund. If the customer is requesting a return, we will communicate with the Operations team, have a return label sent to that customer, once confirmed shipped back to us, we will have another product sent out as soon as possible.
Lost or stolen packages
- Our Customer’s satisfaction is our top priority so we cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.
- If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.
- If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.

If you haven't received your order within 35 business days, your order is eligible for refunds or free reshipment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after the 35 business day period is over.
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
